We are seeking a proven account team leader to play a vital role in our Atlanta office. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can lead and contribute on Day One and then grow quickly into much greater responsibilities. This person will be responsible for leading and developing account teams and growing their clients' businesses... and our stake in the clients' marketing mix. 8 or more years of experience, including at least a few years in an agency, are required. Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to this person's success. They must also possess an applicable knowledge of the agency business and process, as well as more general business expertise.
