The Robin Sheperd Group at the ADDYs

Shepherd's Flock Rocks The Addys

Jacksonville, FL – Organizers for the 2007 4th District Addy Awards invited its member agencies to "Get Ready To Rock" – but it was The Robin Shepherd Group who rolled home with the night's most impressive haul. Shepherd scored twice as many Gold Addy wins as any other agency, 15 in all, plus 13 Silvers, a Judge's Award for Best Use of Copy and two Best of Show honors to top off the night. Best of Show Print went to the agency's "Spooktacular" billboard campaign for the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens while autoliteannie.com was honored with Best of Show Interactive honors.

Other big winners for the agency included a retro, "Wacky Packages"–inspired ad campaign for the Florida Times–Union, promotional posters for John Tully's Surf Camp, and a holiday campaign for the J. Johnson Gallery.

"Two Best of Shows, a Judges Award, the most golds, the most overall awards, and wins in print, interactive and broadcast – I'd call that a good night," said agency Creative Director Mike Guiry. "We're very fortunate to have the client list and creative talent that we do."

The Addys are the official advertising awards of the American Advertising Federation. Winners from the district level advance to Regional Judging where they compete for spots in the National competition.

The Robin Shepherd Group is a full–service marketing, public relations and new media agency with offices in Jacksonville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.
